At our in-house pre-cast factory, we are embedding circular economy principles into every stage of our piling production process. All driven, pre-cast piles are manufactured on site, allowing us to maintain full control over quality, sustainability and efficiency.
We recycle water for concrete batching, batch concrete directly on site and use only recycled rebar in our products. By producing bespoke pile lengths tailored to project requirements, we minimise material waste both during manufacturing and on site.
This approach not only reduces our environmental footprint but also supports our commitment to sustainable construction and delivering resource efficiency through our operations, aligning with Balfour Beatty’s Building New Futures Sustainability Strategy.
